Founded by intuitive energy and shamanic practitioner Claire Regan, this work is rooted in a simple understanding: well-being emerges when the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of self begin to move in greater coherence.
Claire offers a grounded and supportive space where deeper patterns—both conscious and subconscious—can be explored and gently shifted. Her approach blends intuitive awareness with practical integration, helping you gain clarity, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your own inner guidance.
Each session is personalized, meeting you where you are. This may include support with emotional processing, releasing held tension, integrating shadow aspects, or reconnecting to a sense of direction and inner stability.
Clients often leave with a greater sense of clarity, ease, and connection to themselves—not as a transformation imposed from outside, but as something remembered from within.

I’ve always been drawn to the deeper layers of life, what’s felt beneath the surface. Growing up in Hawai‘i, the ocean was my first teacher. I would swim out into open water, captivated by the stillness, the depth, and the sense that there was something more beneath what I could see. That same curiosity has carried me throughout my life, now guiding me inward, into vast emotional and spiritual landscapes. Over time, my path has included studying a range of approaches to healing and self-realization, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), breath work, meditation, somatic practices, and other modalities that support both the body and mind. But more than anything, it’s my own lived experience of disconnection and reconnection that has shaped how I work with others.
Today, I support people who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves in learning how to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild a more grounded, trusting relationship with themselves and their guidance. My approach is simple. There’s no need to force anything, just a desire to answer the call to explore what’s already there, with compassionate support.
Home is now in the Bay Area, where I live nestled among the oaks with my husband, three boys, and our dogs.

Complimentary Exploration Call - 30 min
This is time for us to connect, bringing your intentions and questions as we explore where you are on your journey and how this work may support your current needs. There’s no pressure or expectation — just an open dialogue to determine if we’re aligned and if this path feels right for you at this time.
REIKI & Energy Healing - 60 min
In these sessions, your goals are explored through the lens of the energetic body. As you enter a liminal, deeply relaxed state, your nervous system becomes more receptive to clearing old imprints and stagnant patterns, while integrating high-frequency energies that promote rapid healing. You may receive intuitive messages and insights, bringing more clarity, ease, and transformation across all aspects of your being.
RECLAMATION SESSION - 60 min
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in your thoughts, this session offers a grounded and supportive way to come back into your body and your own inner awareness.
Together, we gently explore what’s present for you in a way that feels safe and manageable. Rather than trying to fix or force anything, the focus is on helping you understand what you’re experiencing and reconnect with your natural sense of clarity and self-trust.
Sessions are guided in real time and may include:

Infuse your home, property, or space with harmony, support, and aligned purpose through Earth-honoring rituals, prayer, and sacred intention. This clearing ceremony gently releases stagnant, disruptive, or heavy energies, while inviting in balance, protection, and renewal — fostering a deeper connection between you, your environment, and the spirit of place.

Before Your Session
Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a brief intake form to help clarify your intentions and the areas of your life where you’re seeking insight, healing, or greater alignment. This helps attune the session to what’s most present for you—whether it’s emotional clarity, energetic clearing, physical restoration, or guidance on your next steps.During the Session
We’ll start with a short conversation to ground in and connect about what’s currently unfolding for you, including what you’re ready to release, what patterns or blocks may be showing up, and what you’d like to call in or create.You’ll be invited to sit or lie down comfortably in a quiet, restful space. I’ll gently guide you through a short body-based meditation or somatic practice to help you become fully present and receptive. This allows you to feel into your own body’s wisdom and participate in the process as I tune into your field.
You don’t need to “do” anything; simply allow yourself to relax, open, and observe what’s happening as I work within your energetic field. You may notice warmth, tingling, or emotional release as the energy moves.
Because the body integrates energy best in warmth and comfort, you will be given time afterward to rest or journal.
After the Session
You are always welcome to ask questions or share reflections. Healing and insights continue to unfold over the following days, weeks, and months. Staying connected to how you feel and what arises is part of the healing process. Journaling, meditation, being in nature can help you integrate what is unfolding. You’ll receive a recording of our session (if available) along with notes and any intuitive messages, practices, or resources that came through. -
Distance sessions are just as powerful and effective as in-person work. Energy transcends time and space, allowing you to receive healing and insight from the comfort of your own environment—wherever you are in the world. Sessions can be conducted either live (synchronously) or recorded (asynchronously), depending on what best supports your schedule and needs. Each session is attuned specifically to you, transmitting the same depth of presence, guidance, and energetic support you would experience in-person.

Whether we’re meeting live or you’re receiving an asynchronous session, creating a supportive space for yourself allows the work to go deeper and integrate more fully.
1. Create a Quiet, Comfortable Space
Choose a place where you can lie down or sit comfortably without interruptions. You might want to dim the lights, light a candle, or bring in calming elements like a blanket, essential oils, or crystals.
2. Set an Intention
Take a few moments to reflect on what you're seeking from the session—clarity, healing, release, insight, or simply support. You don’t need to have all the answers; simply tuning into your heart is enough.
3. Minimize Distractions
Turn off notifications, silence your phone, and let others know you’ll be unavailable. This is sacred time for you.
4. Hydrate & Nourish Your Body
Drink water before and after the session to support energetic integration. A light meal beforehand is fine, but try to avoid heavy foods right before your session.
5. Be Open to Receiving
You don’t need to do anything during the session except be present, relaxed, and open. If you’re receiving the session asynchronously, you can listen at a time that feels right, ideally when you can rest afterward.
