MEDITATION FOR COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS

In a time of global noise and fragmentation, we gather to restore coherence with ourselves and our communities.

Please join us for a free, online meditation this Thursday, February 12 @ 5:00-5:30PM PST. We will begin with a brief grounding and intention setting and meditate in silence for 20 minutes.

All levels welcome. You are invited to participate in whatever way feels supportive.

How to prepare:

Take a few moments ahead of the meeting to create a supportive space and ground from your day. You may wish to light candles or incense, silence notifications, and settle into a comfortable posture, arriving with an open heart and relaxed presence.
