I’ve always been a seeker — an artist, mystic, and someone deeply curious about the world. Coming from a lineage of female intuitives, I’ve felt a strong connection to Spirit from a young age. Growing up in Hawaii, I often found solace in the ocean. I’d swim out to sea, mesmerized by its depth and mystery. That same sense of wonder has led me to venture into the vast waters of the soul and Spirit, where I now guide others in uncovering the treasures found within. I came to CA for art school and stayed for a career as a designer in tech. Restless for a return to the rhythms of the natural world and to share all I’ve learned, I followed the bliss that led to my becoming more of myself, and haven’t looked back.

Over the past decade, I’ve trained formally in a wide range of healing modalities, including:

• Shamanic Studies (with Robin Coale & Shaman Durek)

• Reiki Level 1-Mastery (with April Pfender)

• Hypnotherapy Essentials (with Leo Max)

• Yoga 200hr certification (with Jennifer Prugh)

• Priestess of Avalon Initiate (with Kristen Dessange)

• And continued studies and mentorships in various modalities including: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Breathwork, Meditation, Past Life Regression, Holistic health, Somatics, and Neuroscience.

While these certifications have shaped me, it’s truly my own personal journey that has taught me the most — deepening my understanding of the human experience and what it means to walk beside others with presence, care, and respect.
