FAQs

What types of concerns can energy healing help with?

This work supports a wide range of concerns, including emotional trauma, chronic stress, energetic fatigue, spiritual disconnection, anxiety, transitions, and physical symptoms with energetic or emotional roots.

What can I expect during a session?

Sessions are gentle and intuitive. You may lie down or sit comfortably while I guide you into a relaxed state. You might feel warmth, tingling, or emotions rising. Many people report deep peace, insight, or shifts in awareness during or after the session.

What should i do after a session?

Give yourself time to rest or reflect. Drink water, journal if insights arise, and honor your body's needs. You may feel subtle or significant shifts over the following days.

HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A DISTANCE HEALING SESSION?

Whether we’re meeting live or you’re receiving an asynchronous session, creating a supportive space for yourself allows the work to go deeper and integrate more fully.

1. Create a Quiet, Comfortable Space

Choose a place where you can lie down or sit comfortably without interruptions. You might want to dim the lights, light a candle, or bring in calming elements like a blanket, essential oils, or crystals.

2. Set an Intention

Take a few moments to reflect on what you're seeking from the session—clarity, healing, release, insight, or simply support. You don’t need to have all the answers; simply tuning into your heart is enough.

3. Minimize Distractions

Turn off notifications, silence your phone, and let others know you’ll be unavailable. This is sacred time for you.

4. Hydrate & Nourish Your Body

Drink water before and after the session to support energetic integration. A light meal beforehand is fine, but try to avoid heavy foods right before your session.

5. Be Open to Receiving

You don’t need to do anything during the session except be present, relaxed, and open. If you’re receiving the session asynchronously, you can listen at a time that feels right, ideally when you can rest afterward.

is this a religious practice?

While this work honors the sacred, it’s not tied to any specific religion. It is rooted in universal principles of energy, intention, and presence, and can be meaningful regardless of your belief system.
